09/04 - OnePoint announces service agreements with several national,
multi-location businesses to provide accounting and HR outsource services to
each of the organizations local offices/subsidiaries. OnePoint will provide a
single, individualized subsidiary accounting and financial reporting as well as
consolidated financial reporting for the parent company(s).
08/04 - OnePoint releases new "bundled" pricing structures for its
payroll and related HR services. The bundled cost structures allow clients to
choose among various service packages designed to accommodate specific business
needs.

07/04 - OnePoint expands client bill payment options to include deliver of
manual checks for client signature, electronic bill payment, sweep payment
processing and secure check printing file (client on site printing).
06/04 - OnePoint announces contract with Blimpie International to provide
accounting and human resource outsourcing services to individual Blimpie
franchises nationwide. Under the OnePoint service structure, Blimpie owners will
have access to secure, online financial reporting, bill payment, document
archive and payroll processing services.
06/04 - Launch CPA Private Label product enabling Accountants to offer
internet-based accounting services under their own name and logo.
05/04 - OnePoint extends access to its "pay-as-you-go" workers'
compensation program to its accounting outsource clients. The program provides
clients the opportunity to fund workers' compensation premiums on a per/payroll
dollar basis. The service structure assist clients with the matching of premium
funding with incurred payroll and eliminates policy period audits.
04/04 - OnePoint expands its payroll service system to include on-site check
printing and electronic payroll reporting. The new capabilities allow clients to
receive (via secure e-mail) payroll check files which may be printed on site.
This features allows clients access to secure printing of processed payroll
checks on-site for either single or multiple locations.
03/04 - OnePoint announces various enhancements to its client web access
module including ....
02/04 - Elena Sherman joins OnePoint in a sales and marketing role. Elena's
prior operational, sales and marketing experience will be focused on OnePoint's
